Guide staff to promote efficiency & accountability. Dvlp & make  recommendations to mgmt. Dvlp & improve recordkeeping methods. Analyze fin'l data. Assist mgmt & personnel in  implmtg changes & track effectiveness. Wed-Sun 8am-4pm. Reqmts: Bach's deg or its foreign educ'l equiv in Business  Administration & 1 yr exp in job offered or in a position involving project mgmt & guidance of personnel.
