Jobing Description
Store ManagementEnsure store presentation is consistent with company standards. Drive sales, and maintain total store awareness. Provide Human Resource management, including staffing plans and performance evaluations. Manage expense control and payroll. Execute floor, backroom, frontline and cash office activities as needed. Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities. Three to five years' retail management experience. Volume responsibility of $5 million and above. Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills.
