Production Supervisor Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturer in the automotive industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Jackson, MS area.

The role of a production supervisor will be to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the health/safety standards of several production groups. Successful candidates will lead the quality, cost, and delivery performance for designated groups, drive actions for improvement, manage team performance, ensure daily team management, and ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with health and safety standards.

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience
- 1-3+ years of Supervisory experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
