Description

The District Manager serves in a consultative capacity partnering with retailers with end goal of maximizing their retail success and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities are advising on store operational issues, formulating competitive strategies and consulting on financial management fundamentals. The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting territory sales targets and increasing the region's top performer designations.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree or equivalent and five years of progressively responsible multi-unit retail experience
* Deep understanding of retail operations and business fundamentals
* Proven ability to influence and drive the execution of optimalretail operations in a consultative role
* Ability to assess local competitive environment and developappropriate retail strategies
* Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
* Ability to work with little or no supervision
* Ability to work flexible hours and overnight travel as required
